With a hungry belly and a head full of food chat, I headed up to Causewayside to meet with Georgia for dinner at\u00a0<a title=\"Hewat's Restaurant, Edinburgh\" href=\"http:\/\/hewatsedinburgh.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hewat\u2019s Restaurant<\/a>. Chef-patron\u00a0<a title=\"Richard Hewat\" href=\"http:\/\/hewatsedinburgh.co.uk\/chef.html\" target=\"_blank\">Richard Hewat<\/a>\u2018s cooking style is French Scottish, and after 8 years, the restaurant has gained a loyal local following.
